These terms govern your booking and stay at Unghern Castle, operated by Unghern S.R.L. By making a reservation you agree to them.

Bookings

A reservation is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. Please check that the dates, room and guest details are correct and tell us promptly of any error.

Payment

You may pay online or on arrival at the hotel, as offered during booking. Prices are shown per room per night and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Check-in and check-out

Standard check-in is from the afternoon and check-out in the late morning. Tell us in advance if you expect to arrive late so we can prepare your welcome.

Cancellation

If you need to change or cancel, contact us as early as possible. Specific cancellation conditions are shown at the time of booking.

House rules

We ask guests to treat the castle, its grounds and other guests with care. We may charge for damage beyond normal use.
