This Privacy Policy explains how Unghern S.R.L. ("we", "the castle") collects, uses and protects the personal data you share when you book a stay, dine with us or contact us.

What we collect

When you make a booking or enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, the dates of your stay and any preferences you tell us. We do not store full card numbers — online payments are handled by our payment provider.

How we use it

We use your data only to confirm and manage your reservation, to contact you about your stay, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with the services that run the booking — our email provider, our payment processor, and, where you booked through them, the relevant travel platform.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as required by Moldovan accounting and tax law, then delete them.

Your rights

You may ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to us at info@unghern.md and we will respond.
